All orders are processed within 2 to 4 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
Once your order is prepared and shipped, we’ll send you a confirmation email with tracking information.

Note: Customised orders are processed within 6–8 business days.

2. Shipping Time

After processing, standard delivery takes approximately 6 to 8 business days, depending on your location.

Please note:

• We are not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.

Order Cancellation Policy

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing it. After 24 hours, cancellation requests will not be accepted, as the order may already be in processing or production.

• All tags, labels, and packaging must be intact
• We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions

3. Refunds and Exchanges

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Exchanges will be shipped as soon as the return is approved and processed.

4. Return Shipping Costs
