1. Handling Time

All orders are processed within 2 to 4 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
Once your order is prepared and shipped, we’ll send you a confirmation email with tracking information.

2. Shipping Time

After processing, standard delivery takes approximately 6 to 8 business days, depending on your location.

• We are not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.

We offer free standard shipping to all countries we serve — no minimum purchase required.

Once your package is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can use it to monitor the delivery status of your order in real time.

At Lux Leather USA, we want you to love your purchase. If you’re not fully satisfied, we offer a clear and fair return and refund process.

Please Note: The orders above 2XL are non-refundable as these sizes are custom made. 

1. Return Window

You may return any item within 30 days of receiving your order.

To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us at support@luxleatherusa.com with your order number and reason for return.

2. Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be unused, unworn, and in original condition
• All tags, labels, and packaging must be intact
• We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions

3. Refunds and Exchanges

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, your refund or exchange will be processed within 3–5 business days.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Exchanges will be shipped as soon as the return is approved and processed.

4. Return Shipping Costs

• Customer is responsible for return shipping costs for regular returns (e.g., size, preference)
• We recommend using a trackable shipping method

5. Defective or Wrong Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we will cover the full return shipping cost and offer either:

A full refund, or

• A free replacement or exchange, based on your preference
• Please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item with photos and a description of the issue.
